Down Payments
Amount: A non-refundable down payment of 50% is required to secure your booking.
The remaining is due on the day of the photoshoot.

A: You can book a session by contacting us via email or phone or even through this website! I recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Q: How should I dress for My session?
A: Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. For portraits and headshots, solid colors and minimal patterns work best. Feel free to bring multiple if your package allows.
Q: How long does it take to receive my photos?
A: Standard editing time is 1-2 weeks. If you need your photos sooner, you can opt for the Rush Editing Service.
Q: Can I choose the locations for my photoshoot?
A: Absolutely! Although we are Clayton/Raleigh NC based we can always decide the best locations based on your preferences and the package you choose.
Q: How do I prepare for my photoshoot?
A: Preparation is key to a successful photoshoot. Make sure to get a good night's sleep, stay hydrated, and choose outfits that make you feel confident. If you have any specific ideas or props you'd like to include, let me know in advance!
Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my outdoor shoot?
A: We keep a close eye on the weather forecast leading up to your session. if the weather is unfavorable, we can reschedule to a mutually convenient date or move the session to an indoor location.
Q: How do I receive my photos?
A: Your edited digital images will be delivered through an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos. For printed products, we will arrange delivery or pickup based on your preference.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Q: Can I request specific poses or styles for my photoshoot?
A: Absolutely! We encourage you to share any ideas or inspiration you have. We will work together to create images that match your vision.
Q: What should I bring to my photoshoot?
A: Bring any outfits, accessories, or props you would like to include in your photos. If you have specific items that are meaningful to you, feel free to bring them along.
Q: Why do I need to put down a down payment?
A: A down payment secures your booking and ensures your session time is reserved just for you. It also helps cover any initial costs associated with preparing for your photoshoot.
